About WWRN

The WorkWell Respect Network (WWRN) helps workplaces build a safer environment for all employees. Considering the needs of workers with intersectional identities, the WWRN supports workplaces in their ability to prevent and respond to gendered violence. The WWRN is made up of three industry partners, content matter experts and design experts. Supported by the Sir Zelman Cowen Centre at Victorian University, the WWRN industry partners host sub-network forums that represent their specific industries as well as working together to create cross industry forums.

The WorkWell Respect Network acknowledges Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people as the Traditional Custodians of the land and acknowledges and pays respect to their Elders, past and present.

We acknowledge that the land on which we meet, learn, and share knowledge is a place of age-old ceremonies of celebration, initiation and renewal, and that the Traditional Owners' living culture and practices have a unique role in the life of this region.

The WorkWell Respect Network is committed to safe and inclusive work places, policies and services for people of LGBTQIA+ communities and their families.
