National Association of Women in Operations (NAWO) is the leading national network advocating for gender balance in operations, combining digital and in person forums, resources and professional development opportunities within an inclusive multi-industry community.

With over 90 corporate members representing historically male dominated industries, NAWO facilitates the sharing of knowledge and solutions for systemic change.  We advocate for a target minimum of 40% female representation at every level in operations, (40% women, 40% men and 20% of any gender); with a shared understanding that better gender balance is an outcome that positively impacts business metrics.

By focusing on the attraction, retention, and development of female talent in operational roles from entry to mid-career, we help strengthen the pipeline of women moving into P&L responsible management positions across industry.
